Great parenting Billy Ray! As posted earlier here, Miley Cyrus had a topless shoot with Vanity Fair Magazine. Apparently after Miley's parents left, the topless shots were taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz. Miley issued this statement:

"I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be artistic and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about."

Miley's grandmother and teacher were present (according to People), but c'mon...really? Again, the girl is 15 years old! The adults in her life are either really dumb or they just don't care. Entertainment Tonight ran a story of what appears to be Miley Cyrus posing topless in an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair Magazine. Do you know how disturbing this is? The girl is only 15 years old! Is she trying to out do Britney here? In the past several months, pictures of her posing in her bra and panties have surfaced on the internet. It really seems someone is giving her bad career advice. Let's hope she doesn't turn out like Britney and all the other young celebrities that try to act older then their age. If she does turn out bad then I blame the media, her parents, the tobacco companies, global warming, rising gas prices, the war of terror, and chocolate candy bars for contributing to her demise. Miley Cyrus is starting to mirror Britney Spears early in her career. Both girls were born in the south, both started their careers with Disney, and both started acting sexy during their teen years. Nothing wrong with a girl acting seductive on stage, as long as the girl is legal in most States. Here are some pictures from Miley Cyrus' performance on American Idol Gives Back. Let's hope she doesn't follow too much in Britney's steps. May I suggest longer skirts when getting out of cars?
