Beautiful girls were a plenty at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards over the past weekend. If you were lucky enough to get on to the red carpet, you had the chance to gaze and smell the likes of Blake Lively, Hayden Panettiere, Joanna ‘JoJo’ Levesque, Kristen Bell, Minka Kelly, Scarlett Johansson, Vanessa Hudgens, and Summer Glau. ESPN is doing a smart thing here. I’ve never really been into a “sports awards show” like the ESPYS. Seems silly to me to watch an Academy Award style show to honor athletes. That’s what sporting events like the Super Bowl, World Series, and the Olympics are for.
