Now That’s One Big Ass Swimming Pool
Summer time is here and when I think summer I think of BBQ's, girls in bikinis, and swimming. Here's a swimming pool I thought would interest you all. I've never seen or heard of anything like it. It's the world largest swimming pool and it's at the San Alfonso Del Mar resort in Chile. It covers more than 20 acres, has a depth of 35 meters, and holds 66 million gallons of water. It's the equivalent to about 6,000 standard backyard pools, it took 5 years to build and cost nearly $2 billion, and the annual maintenance is $4 million. Imagine the piss it can hold.
