Mariah Carey Shows Off Her Body in Japan
Here are some pictures of Mariah Carey at the MTV Video Vanguard Awards in Japan. I must say she looks great in that tight red dress. She's lost some weight and her boobs are nicely enhanced. But I'm not here to hate so I will give Mariah her props for putting the effort in and getting her body smoking hot. Now if she can just lose her diva attitude her hotness stock will go up a few points.
